Revenue Revolution
By Karen Seelenbinder

“I intimately understand what it is like to start your own business having gone through it myself.  It’s more challenging and rewarding than I could have ever conceived.” explains Molly Luffy, MBA, and Intuitive Business Coach.

Molly worked for several years as a VP in Human Resources in Corporate America.  “I loved people development and being a part of the coaching process as employees climbed the ladder of corporate success.”  As Molly grew weary of working for a corporation, she began to analyze which parts of her job she really enjoyed.  She loved to coach people and help them achieve their dreams so she chose to focus on that as her business.

“I had an entrepreneurial dream to go out on my own but I didn’t realize how hard it was going to be. I was so naïve.  I really struggled and soon realized, I needed to become a marketing expert if I wanted people to find me.”

While Molly was struggling with the responsibility of a new business weighing down on her shoulders, she began to experience feelings she didn’t know she had.  “Suddenly, all of these feelings started kicking up inside of me.  I asked myself if I was smart enough and wondered if I could really create a successful business.  Finally, I came to a point where I had to clean up this overwhelming mess of feelings and fears.  I knew that if I was going to make it, I would have to clean up my mindset, because I know that what I think about, I bring about.”  Molly made a commitment to reprogram herself with positive beliefs.

“I know I am the creator of my own experience.  And these days I am more confident, more committed to myself and to others than I have ever been.”  Molly looks at things in a positive light and helps others do the same.
“My entire outlook has changed for the better.  And my business has evolved in such a beautiful way.  It is really incredible,” exclaims Molly.
While growing up in Dayton, Ohio, Molly was always a leader.  “I was a serious kid, more mature than most of my peers and an independent thinker.” Molly’s mom was a positive role model instilling a “can-do” spirit within Molly. She taught Molly, she could be and do anything she set her mind to.  “My mom taught me that women can do it all and she modeled this for me in achieving her own success in the business world.”

Molly works exclusively with women in small business. In addition to utilizing traditional business coaching methodologies, Molly brings in energy clearing and spiritual strategies that help her clients let go of the limiting beliefs and fears that that wreak havoc on their ability to create success. “The potential of female entrepreneurs is astounding.  They can be whatever they want to be in this world.  But they must be willing to let go of the beliefs that are getting in their way.”

Molly believes in the human potential.  “I encourage and empower my clients to start taking charge of their lives and creating what they want to experience.  The process I use with my clients is deep and creates powerful transformation from the inside-out.  My clients not only create success in their business but they learn to love themselves in the process.  It’s so fulfilling to be a part of that.  It’s more than a job for me – it’s my calling.”
